Listen to upbeat musc and use a ballet bar as a prop, this class will take you through a combination of yoga, pilates and ballet. Tone, strengthen and balance your entire body in 60 minutes.

Express Barre

45 minute condensed Barre format. Great for those looking to maximize time and still get a full body workout.

This strength class is designed similarly to a regular barre class but with the opportunity to add heavier weights.
